So I tried baking a pecan pie in honor of Martin Luther King Jr’s birthday.  Yeah, not so much.  I ate the filling!  But I am trying again today.  I will be back with a vengeance!!  First MLK’s bday and now the Inaugeration.  I can’t fuck up two days in a row.

People actually ate it… but my beau did say he thought it reminded him of a wooden bowl.  And then he shut the hell up.

 

 

 

 

I did however make some yummy chicken and dumplings.  So there!!

Cheers to a new era, new change and even yummier treats!!  Hope those of you who can tune in to watch the Inauguration on the tube.  I will be!!
